For optimal stability, store lyophilized peptides in their original packaging at room temperature for short periods (days to weeks). For long-term preservation, refrigerate them at 4°C or colder, or freeze them at -20°C. Always protect peptides from light.

When thawing, allow vials to reach room temperature before opening to prevent moisture condensation. Peptides are sensitive to moisture, and this step prevents deterioration. To maintain integrity, aliquot peptides to minimize freeze-thaw cycles and frequent vial openings.

• If the issue involves multiple packages, send separate photos for each, as instructed above.

You must notify us of any order issues within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we can't offer a solution for issues reported after this period.
